How To create A Glossy Button In Photoshop tutorial

First Create A New Document.

Now Select Ellipse Tool Draw A Circle Like Below Make Sure Path Button Is Clicked.

Now Select Pentool And Right Click On Circle Path And make selection.

Radies To "0" Click Ok. 

 Ofter Selection Create A new layer And Fill it with #1c2c7c.

Select The Circle Layer  Now Goto Blending Option and Follow Settings Given Below.

Now Create A Small Circle Like below.

 and with pentool right click make selection again .

Now select Gradient tool.select Withe to trasparent Gradient.

Now Create A new layer and fill The snall Circle  Selection With Gradient From Top To Bottom By Draging.

Now Set the Small Circle Mode To over lay In layer palette and opacity To 80.

Now Create A Another Circle in Bottom.

Make Selection Create Another newlayer again and fill it with white and mode to overlay.

 Now goto Gussian Blur Follow the Settings Givven below.

If U want To change the background.

Select the background layer and unlock by double clicking on it. and take Bucket tool and fill it with Black color.

 Final Result.
